1st stage

3rd stage

It can also be supplemented by an internal bubble freeze mechanism. This also aids to maintain the bubble diameter.

4th stage

A number of rollers are involved in these particular stage,whereby,the bubble is collapsed using the nip rollers, the wind up rollers and the idler rollers aid to ensure even tension in the film .It’s in this stage that the bubble is flattened to form two low laid flat layers.
